Research on Operation, Development and Countermeasures of Industrial Fund

产业基金是具有中国特色的一大类非公开发行股权投资形式,按照主体和功能不同分为政府产业基金、产业并购基金、股权投资基金。文章对产业基金的概念、发展历程、类型及运营流程进行了梳理,并就当前发展中存在的主要问题及建议进行了阐述,以期为未来理论研究和实践运营提供参考和建议。

Industrial fund is a major form of non-public equity investment with Chinese characteristics. Industrial funds aredivided into government industrial funds, industrial acquisition funds and equity investment funds according to their mainbodies and functions. In this paper,the concept, development process, type and operation process of the industrial fund arecombed,and the main problems and suggestions in the current development are expounded in order to provide reference andsuggestions for the future theoretical research and practice.
