摘要
中国烹饪协会在环球时报社和益海嘉里投资有限公司的协助下,于2017年4月29日19点至2017年5月5日10点针对中国美食海外认知度的问题对中美两国民众进行了问卷调查。针对调查统计数据的结果,从中国美食海外的认知现状以及中国民众对中国美食走向世界的认知现状两个维度进行了详细分析,并对中国美食海外认知度现状进行了具体的总结,阐明了中国美食的发展前景是可观的,中国民众对中国美食的文化是自信的,且国人是积极支持中国美食走向世界的。同时,中外文化差异依然是阻碍中国美食国际化发展的重要问题,中餐美食海外传播机制有待改善。
With the assistance of Global Times and Yihai Kerry Investment Co., Ltd., Chinese Cuisine Association conducted a questionnaire survey on the overseas recognition of Chinese cuisine from 19 a m on April 29, 2017 to 10 p m on May 5, 2017. According to the results of the survey statistics, the paper makes a detailed analysis from two dimensions (the cognition status of Chinese cuisine overseas and Chinese people s cognition of the overseas development of Chinese cuisine), and summarizes the status quo of Chinese foods overseas recognition. The findings illustrate that the development prospect of Chinese cuisine is considerable, that Chinese people are confident of Chinese cuisine culture, and that Chinese people actively support Chinese cuisine s overseas promotion. At the same time, cultural differences between China and foreign countries are still an important issue hindering the internationalization of Chinese cuisine. The overseas communication mechanism of Chinese cuisine needs to be improved.
