新时代乡村民宿旅游发展的困境及对策——基于共享发展的理论视角

The Dilemma and Solutions about the Development of Rural Homestay Tourism in the New Era——Based on the Theoretical Perspective of Shared Development

伴随乡村旅游的发展,乡村民宿的行业化、精细化、标准化水平有了大幅提升,但同时也面临着同质化竞争加剧、乡土文化式微、精英垄断和资本排斥、政策制度滞后、运营模式粗放等问题。以共享发展理念为指导推进乡村民宿建设和发展,除了要加强顶层设计和制度保障外,还必须协调好各利益主体间的关系,加强乡土资源的保护传承,注重共建共享的统一等,自觉把乡村民宿与全面建成小康社会相结合,与实现乡村振兴战略相结合,让乡村民宿发展成果惠及更多地区和人口。

With the development of rural homestay, the level of rural homestay has been significantly improved in term of industrialization, exquisiteness and standardization. However, problems such as the aggravation of homogenization competition, the threat of local culture, the monopoly of the elite and capital exclusion, the lag of policies and systems and the extensive operation mode are still hindering its further growth. In order to promote the construction and development of rural homestay based on the concept of shared development, efforts should be made to strengthen the design of top-level and the protection of system, coordinate the relationship between the various stakeholders, further the protection and inheritance of local resources, focus on the unity of co-construction and sharing, and combine the construction of rural homestay with building a moderately prosperous society consciously and the realization of the strategy of rural revitalization, benefiting more people and areas.
