摘要
旅游产业集群对促进地区经济发展,提升区域幸福感等都起着十分重要的积极作用。以湖南省各地州市为研究区域,通过建立以GEM模型为基础的区域旅游产业集聚竞争力水平测度指标体系,借鉴区位熵、空间基尼系数,测度了湖南省旅游产业专业化程度,分析湖南旅游产业空间分布态势与竞争力水平。研究发现:(1)湖南省旅游产业竞争力空间态势表现为:西北强—中部弱—东南部适中的产业空间势差;(2)张(家界)—湘(西州)—怀(化)三地旅游产业集聚水平较高,但区域内旅游产业分布极化效应明显;(3)湖南省旅游产业集群的竞争力水平测度是534分,超过许多省份处在国内旅游发展良好阶段。这与区域旅游开发较早、旅游产业基础良好等因素有关。
Tourism industry clusters play a very important role in promoting regional economic development and improving regional happiness. The study takes the cities of Hunan Province as the research subjects, and establishes a measurement index system of regional tourism industry agglomeration competitiveness based on the GEM model. Using the location entropy and the spatial Gini coefficient, the degree of tourism industry specialization and industrial space in Hunan Province are measured. The findings are: (1) The spatial situation of Hunan s tourism industry competitiveness is as follows: strong northwest, weak center, and moderate southeast; (2) The tourism industry in Zhangjiajie, Xiangxi and Huaihua has a high level of agglomeration, but the polarization effect of the tourism industry distribution in the region is obvious; (3) The measure of the competitiveness of Hunan tourism industry clusters is 534 points, higher than most provinces, an indicator that Hunan are now in a good stage of domestic tourism development. The advantage is related to factors such as the early development of regional tourism and the well-developed tourism industry.
