中国农业博物馆讲解员培养模式探索（英文）

Research on the training mode of the instructors in China Agricultural Museum

讲解员是博物馆面向公众进行知识传播的关键媒介,科学高效地培养出优秀的讲解人才,进而确保博物馆教育功能的完整实现,是目前亟待解决的重点问题。本文以中国农业博物馆为例,从基础培训、分类培养、能力培养三方面初步探索了一套初级、中级、高级培养模式,以期循序渐进、有的放矢地培养讲解员,为博物馆建设一支专、精、优的讲解员队伍,从而提升博物馆的整体形象和社会效益。

The instructors of museums play a key role in delivering knowledge to the audience. Nowadays, it is urgent to train an excellent instructor team to provide guarantee for the social education. China Agricultural Museum has explored a step training mode for the instructors from novice level, intermediate level, to advanced level according to three aspects： basic training, classification training, and ability training to educate professional, refined and outstanding instructors. It will improve the image of the museum and finally bring benefit to the society.
