摘要
讲解员是博物馆面向公众进行知识传播的关键媒介,科学高效地培养出优秀的讲解人才,进而确保博物馆教育功能的完整实现,是目前亟待解决的重点问题。本文以中国农业博物馆为例,从基础培训、分类培养、能力培养三方面初步探索了一套初级、中级、高级培养模式,以期循序渐进、有的放矢地培养讲解员,为博物馆建设一支专、精、优的讲解员队伍,从而提升博物馆的整体形象和社会效益。
The instructors of museums play a key role in delivering knowledge to the audience. Nowadays, it is urgent to train an excellent instructor team to provide guarantee for the social education. China Agricultural Museum has explored a step training mode for the instructors from novice level, intermediate level, to advanced level according to three aspects: basic training, classification training, and ability training to educate professional, refined and outstanding instructors. It will improve the image of the museum and finally bring benefit to the society.
