益肾调肝消颤汤联合多巴丝肼片和盐酸普拉克索片治疗肝肾不足型帕金森病的疗效观察

Clinical observation on the treatment of hepatorenal deficiency parkinson's disease with Yishen Tiaogan Xiaochan decoction combined with dopazide tablets and praxol hydrochloride tablets

目的观察益肾调肝消颤汤联合多巴丝肼片和盐酸普拉克索片治疗肝肾不足型帕金森病的临床疗效。方法将136例肝肾不足型帕金森病患者按照随机数字表法分为2组。对照组68例予多巴丝肼片和盐酸普拉克索片治疗;治疗组68例在对照组治疗基础上加用益肾调肝消颤汤治疗。2组均治疗12周。比较2组治疗前后统一帕金森病评定量表(UPDRS)评分、39项帕金森病生活质量问卷(PDQ-39)评分、帕金森病睡眠量表(PDSS)评分及中医证候评分(包括运动症状评分及非运动症状评分),并统计疗效及不良反应发生情况。结果治疗组总有效率82.35%,对照组总有效率54.41%,治疗组疗效优于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗后2组UPDRS评分、PDQ-39评分均降低(P<0.05),PDSS评分均升高(P<0.05),且治疗组UPDRS评分、PDQ-39评分均低于对照组(P<0.05),PDSS评分高于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗后2组运动症状评分及非运动症状评分均降低(P<0.05),且治疗组均低于对照组(P<0.05)。不良反应发生率治疗组17.65%,对照组32.35%,治疗组低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论益肾调肝消颤汤联合多巴丝肼片和盐酸普拉克索片治疗肝肾不足型帕金森病疗效确切,可改善患者临床症状,提高生活质量,安全性高。

Objective To observe the effect of Yishen Tiaogan Xiaochan decoction combined with dopazide tablets and praxol hydrochloride tablets on the treatment of hepatorenal deficiency parkinson＇s disease. Methods 136 patients with parkinson＇s disease were randomly divided into two groups according to random numble table method. 68 patients in control group were treated by Dopazide tablets and Praxol Hydrochloride tablets. 68 patients in treatment group were treated by Yishen Tiaogan Xiaochan decoction on the basis of the control group. Both groups were treated for 12 weeks. The Unified Parkinson＇s Disease Rating Scale （UPDRS）, 39 items of Parkinson＇s Disease Quality of Life Questionnaire （PDQ-39）, Parkinson＇s Sleep Scale （PDSS） and Parkinson＇s Syndrome Scale （TCM） were compared before and after treatment. Results The total effective rate was 82.35 % in the treatment group and 54.41 % in the control group. The therapeutic effect of the treatment group was better than that of the control group （ P 〈0.05）. After treatment, the UPDRS and PDQ-39 scores of the two groups were decreased （ P 〈0.05）, PDSS scores were increased （ P 〈0.05）, and UPDRS and PDQ-39 scores of the treatment group were lower than those of the control group （ P 〈0.05）, PDSS scores were higher than those of the control group （ P 〈0.05）. After treatment, the scores of motor symptoms and non-motor symptoms in both groups were decreased （ P 〈0.05）, and those in the treatment group were lower than those in the control group （ P 〈0.05）. The incidence of adverse reactions was 17.65% in the treatment group and 32.35 % in the control group. The incidence of adverse reactions in the treatment group was lower than that in the control group （ P 〈 0.05 ）. Conclusion Yishen Tiaogan Xiaochan decoction combined with dopazide tablets and pramipexol hydrochloride tablets is effective in the treatment of hepatorenal deficiency Parkinson＇s disease,which can improve the clinical symptoms, improve the quality of life and is safe.
