杂散电流对开裂混凝土中氯离子侵蚀影响 被引量:2

摘要 针对高寒地区地铁等轨道交通附近除冰盐的腐蚀问题,建立杂散电流作用下开裂钢筋混凝土结构中的氯离子侵蚀数值模型,利用COMSOL Multiphysics有限元软件求解,研究了裂缝宽度,裂缝深度以及相对保护层厚度(h/c)在不同杂散电流作用下对氯离子侵蚀和钢筋的去钝化时间的影响。研究表明,杂散电流会促进氯离子的侵蚀及缩短钢筋的去钝化时间。其中,非匀强杂散电场比匀强杂散电场的危害更大。杂散电流对钢筋去钝化时间的影响敏感性比保护层厚度大,裂缝深度和宽度敏感性最小。 In order to solve the corrosion of deicing salt near Metro and other rail transit in alpine regions,a numerical model of chloride ingress in cracked reincorced concrete under stray current was established and calculated by COMSOL Multiphysics software. Considering cracks with different widths,depths and crack depth-to-cover thickness ratio (h/c), the combined effects of crack and stray current on chloride ingress were discussed. It is found that stray current can accelerate the chloride ingress and shorten the depassivation time of rebar. Besides, the nonuniform stray current is more dangerous that theuniform one. Moreover, the effects of stray current on depassivation time of rebar is more sensitive than that of concrete cover, and the depth and width of crack are the least sensitive.
