碳纤维棒与聚合物砂浆复合材料受力性能研究 被引量:2

摘要 碳纤维棒加固法是一种新型的桥梁加固改造技术。本文针对碳纤维棒加固法的碳纤维棒和高强聚合物砂浆等原材料在试验室内进行性能试验,为碳纤维棒加固圬工拱桥提供相关数据支撑。在试验的基础上,对碳纤维棒和聚合物砂浆的粘结强度进行拉拔试验,具体分析研究碳纤维棒的粘结锚固长度,并对高强聚合物砂浆容易出现的裂缝问题进行养生试验研究,为碳纤维棒加固圬工拱桥提供理论依据。 The reinforcement of carbon fiber bar is a new kind of bridge reinforcement and renovation technology. In this paper, the properties of carbon fiber bar and high-strength polymer mortar used in the reinforcement of carbon fiber bar were tested for providing data support for the reinforcement of masonry arch bridge with carbon fiber bar. On the basis of the test, the pulling test was conducted to the bonding strength of carbon fiber bar and polymer mortar, the bonding anchorage length of carbon fiber bar was analyzed in detail, and the curing test was carried out on the crack problem of high-strength polymer mortar, which provides theoretical basis for the reinforcement of masonry arch bridge with carbon fiber bar.
