摘要
基于ABAQUS软件建立了中间支撑及两端固定墩约束作用下的弯曲跨越管道有限元模型,采用解析刚体模拟中间支撑结构,将管道两端设置为可以发生轴向位移、但转角固定的边界条件模拟两端固定墩约束。针对该弯曲跨越管道的受力情况,数值模拟了三种不同荷载组合工况下的弯曲跨越管道的力学特征和变形情况。基于数值模拟结果,有效判断不同工况下带支撑两端固定弯曲跨越管道的强度和稳定性是否满足规范要求。
On the basis of ABAQUS software, a finite element model for bending span pipelines with the constraint effects of intermediate support and fixed-ends was established. In this model, the analytical rigid was adopted to simulate the intermediate support structure, and the boundary conditions of the two ends were set as axial displacement free and rotation fixed to simulate the constraints of the two fixed piers. According to the forced condition of the bending span pipeline, the mechanics property and deformation behavior of the pipeline under three load combination conditions were well investigated. Based on the numerical simulation results, the strength and stability of the bending span pipeline under different working conditions are verified by standard requirement.
