法律知识贫乏和法律素养较低是社区矫正对象违法犯罪的重要原因。引入专业律师参与社区矫正工作是提高社区矫正质量的必然趋势。各级司法行政机关应通过搭建需求与服务对接平台、建立社区矫正专业律师准入制度、健全政府购买社会服务制度、建立完善的质量考评机制以及建立律师激励机制等多种措施吸引优秀律师参与社区矫正工作。

Poor of legal knowledge and accomplishment are the important reasons for community -correctedobjects delinquency. Therefore, introducing the participation of professional lawyers in community correction is aninevitable trend in improving the quality of community correction. Judicial administrative organs at all levelsshould attract more outstanding lawyers to participate in the community correction through various measures likeestablishing a platform for demand and service, building a system for lawyers’ participation access to communitycorrection, improving the governments＇ system of purchasing social services, and perfecting a sound qualityassessment mechanism and incentive mechanism etc..
