通过实地调研、个案分析、专家访谈等方法,对狱内最低伤害武力控制理念下的徒手控制技能进行探讨,目的是为了进一步增强监狱警察在实施警务活动时的安全意识和责任意识,提高监狱警察的执法防卫技能和处理突发事件的能力。最低伤害武力徒手控制技能的运用既可以最大限度地保证监狱警察自身安全,又能将服刑人员的伤害降到最低,甚至不受伤害。

In order to strengthen the sense of security and responsibility of polices in prison, improve theirdefense skills for law enforcement and the ability to handle emergency, this article discussed the skill of unarmedcontrol under the concept of force control with minimum damage in prison through some methods like fieldresearch, case analysis and expert interviews, etc.. The application of the skill of unarmed control with minimumdamage not only ensures the safety of prison polices but also minimizes the damage of the prisoners.
