实践教学法在犯罪学教学中的应用分析——以社会调查方法为视角 被引量:1

摘要 实践教学方法是现代教育观、犯罪学的学科性质和研究方法所决定的。犯罪学是对犯罪现象和犯罪行为进行综合性研究的事实性学科,主要是以一定历史阶段的犯罪现象、犯罪原因和犯罪预防为内容,事实性学科不能脱离社会实际。传统的犯罪学教学方法存在很多弊端,其教学主要采取讲授方式,压抑了学生的学习兴趣,曲解了研究的实践意义,有必要进行改观。社会调查是犯罪学研究中最为基本的研究方法和手段,是实践教学方法的具体运用,也是犯罪学教学创新改革的必然举措。社会调查法既能够激发学生的学习积极性,充分调动学生的学习兴趣,同时又能提高犯罪学研究的实践价值。 The practical teaching method is determined by the modern education view, the subject nature ofcriminology and the research method. Criminology is a fact-based subject that conducts a comprehensive study oncriminal phenomena and criminal behaviors. It is mainly about the phenomenon, cause and prevention of crimesat a certain historical stage, and it cannot be divorced from social reality. Traditional methods of criminologyteaching have many disadvantages, whose teaching methods mainly adopt teaching as the main method, whichsuppress students' interest in learning and misinterpret the practical significance of research. Therefore, it isnecessary to make improvements. Social investigation is the most basic research method and means in the study ofcriminology. It is the concrete application of practical teaching method and the inevitable measure of theinnovation and reform of criminology teaching. The social investigation method can not only stimulate students'learning initiative, fully mobilize students' learning interest, but also improve the practical value of criminologyresearch.
