化浊明目汤治疗玻璃体混浊及对患者眼底及血流变指标的影响

The effect of fundus and blood rheological indexes of vitreous turbidity in the treatment of vitreous turbidity

目的:观察自拟化浊明目汤治疗玻璃体混浊的疗效及对患者眼底、视网膜血流动力学指标与血流变指标的影响。方法:选取90例玻璃体混浊患者作为研究资料,随机均分为对照组与观察组,对照组采取碘化钾离子导入治疗,观察组于对照组治疗的基础上给予自拟化浊明目汤治疗;治疗一个疗程后,对比两组临床疗效,观察两组治疗前后眼底病变程度以及视网膜中心动脉血流动力学指标、血液流变学(血流变)指标的变化情况。结果:观察组临床总有效率84.44%,对照组为62.22%;观察组整体疗效水平优于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗后两组眼底病变程度均较前减轻,组内对比差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗后观察组眼底病变程度较对照组轻,组间对比差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后两组各项血流变指标均较前改善,组内对比差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗后观察组各项血流变指标较对照组理想,组间对比差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后两组各项视网膜中央动脉血流动力学指标均较前改善,组内对比差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗后观察组上述指标均较对照组理想,组间对比差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:自拟化浊明目汤对于玻璃体混浊疗效理想,能够更有效的降低眼底病变程度,改善患者血流变指标与视网膜中心动脉血流动力学指标。

objective： Observe the effect of Huazhuo Mingmu decoction on vitreous turbidity and its effect on patients＇ fundus, retinal hemodynamics index and blood rheological index. Methods： Selection 90 patients with vitreous opacity as research materials, randomly divided into control group and observation group, control group treated with potassium iodide ion import, on the basis of the observation group in the control group treatment to give the Huazhuo Mingmu decoction; treatment after a period of treatment, compared two groups of clinical curative effect, observe two groups before and after treatment fundus lesions and center of the retina arterial blood flow mechanics index, blood rheology （showed） the changes of the indicators. Results： The total clinical efficiency of the observation group was 84.44%, and the control group was 62.22%. The overall effect of the observation group was better than that of the control group （ P 〈0.05）. After treatment, the level of fundus lesions in both groups was lower than before （ P 〈0.05）. After treatment, the level of fundus lesions in the observation group was lower than that in the control group （ P 〈0.05）. The blood rheological indexes of the two groups were better than those in the control group （ P 〈0.05）. After the treatment, both of the two groups of the retinal arterial blood flow mechanical indicators were better than the previous ones, and the observation group was all better than the control group （ P 〈0.05）. Conclusion： Huazhuo Mingmu decoction is ideal for the treatment of vitreous turbidity, which can effectively reduce the degree of fundus lesion, improve the blood flow index and the arterial blood flow mechanical index of the retinal center.
