疏肝养血汤联合西药盆腔灌注治疗慢性盆腔炎疗效及对患者血流变、免疫功能的影响

Effect of Shugan Yangxue decoction combined with western medicine pelvic perfusion on blood rheology and immune function in patients with chronic pelvic inflammation

目的:探讨疏肝养血汤联合西药盆腔灌注治疗慢性盆腔炎及对患者血流变慢及免疫功能影响性。方法:选取138例慢性盆腔炎患者作为研究对象,随机分成两组,每组69例,对照组常规西医治疗,研究组在对照组基础上加用疏肝养血汤内服和保留灌肠治疗,观察不同方法治疗后在血流、免疫功能、疗效、中医症状积分等指标影响性。结果:治疗后,两组临床症状积分均显著降低,且研究组症状积分均低于对照组(P<0.05);治疗后研究组CD_3^+、CD_4^+、CD_4^+/CD_8^+明显高于对照组,CD_8^+低于对照组(P<0.05);研究组治疗后血浆黏度、全血高切黏度、全血低切黏度、全血中切黏度显著下降(P<0.05),治疗后研究组以上指标显著优于对照组(P<0.05);研究组痊愈率、总有效高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:疏肝养血汤联合西药盆腔灌注治疗慢性盆腔炎能改善血液循环,提高免疫力,提高疗效。

Objective： To explore the effect of Shugan Yangxue decoction combined with western medicine pelvic perfusion on chronic pelvic inflammatory disease （CPI） and hemorheology. Methods： 138 cases of chronic pelvic inflammation were randomly divided into two groups, 69 cases in each group and 69 cases in the control group treated with routine western medicine. Curative effect and symptom score of Chinese medicine were all influential factors. Results： After treatment, the scores of clinical symptoms in both groups were significantly lower than those in the control group . After treatment, the above indexes of the study group were significantly better than those of the control group （ P 〈0.05）, and the recovery rate and total effective rate of the study group were higher than those of the control group （ P 〈0.05）. Conclusion： Shugan Yangxue decoction combined with western medicine pelvic perfusion can improve blood circulation, immunity and curative effect in the treatment of chronic pelvic inflammatory disease.
