品管圈在降低血站血液标本不合格率中的应用

Application of Quality Control Circle in Reducing Unqualified Rate of Blood Test Specimens in Blood Center

目的探讨品管圈在降低血液标本不合格率中的作用,分析品管圈工作实效性。方法成立品管圈小组,选定"降低血液标本不合格率"为主题,通过现况调查,了解现况,设定目标值,分析造成血液标本不合格的主要问题为"血液标本溶血"、"血液标本不足量"、"脂血",针对主要问题制定对策并实施。结果品管圈活动的实施规范了护士血液标本采集各环节的流程,提升了护士完善血液标本采集知识的知晓率,血液标本不合格率从品管圈实施前0. 32‰下降到实施后的0. 09‰。结论采用品管圈活动能有效提高血液标本的质量,使血液标本各个关键环节得到科学有效的管理,并提高了护理人员的质量意识及团队精神。

Objective To explore effectiveness and efficiency of Quality Control Circle （Qcc） in reducing unqualified rate of blood test specimens in practical blood collecting process. Methods First, to set up a QCC group target for reducing unqualified rate of collected blood test specimens; then to set the improving point by cross - sectional survey, and through the survey to analyze key problems of unqualified blood specimens; finally to provide detailed measures for solutions. Results Key problems of unqualified blood specimens were largely due to samples hemolysis, blood volume insufficiency, and lipoidemia. On the basis of these, we used QCC to educate nurses, and standardize each process for collecting blood specimens. Results showed that awareness and knowledge of nurses were improved, and the unqualified rate of blood specimen collection decreased from 0. 32‰ to 0. 09‰. Conclusion QCC can not only effectively improve test accuracy for blood specimens, but also scientifically manage each key parts of blood samples collection process, and finally ensure clinical blood safety. Through this QCC activity, nursing staff quality awareness and team spirit were also largely improved.
