Key Elements to be Solved in Developing Intelligent Community Health Services of Traditional Chinese Medicine

多角度审视中医药社区卫生服务发展的现状与态势,提出发展智慧中医药社区卫生服务亟待破解需求复杂化与定位模糊化、区域差异化与措施同质化、信息网络化与服务扁平化、消费品牌化与供给碎片化四对关键矛盾,兼顾社区居民的多元需求和卫生服务的阶段重点,科学规划各类中医药社区卫生服务的合适位置;根据不同社区疾病威胁、健康影响因素的重点,立足现有条件采取中医药社区服务特色措施;运用信息网络等现代技术,促进多种中医药社区卫生服务业态深度融合;由零散的随意服务转向系统的制度服务、基于恩赐的选择性服务转向基于权利的公平性服务、间断的临时性服务转向可持续的发展性服务,打造中医药社区卫生服务品牌。

This paper take a fresh look at the status and tendency of community health services in traditional Chinese medieine（TCM） from multiple angles, and puts forward that the contradiction between demand complexity and positioning fuzzifieation, regional differentiation and homogenization, information networking and service flattening, consumption bran- ding and supply fragmentation must be solved in order to promote the development of intelligent community health services of TCM. Therefore, the contradiction between the community residents＇ multiple needs and the stage of health service is taken into account, and the appropriate position of the community health services of various kinds of TCM is planned scientifically, the special measures for the community service of TCM are taken according to the disease threats and the factors affecting the health of different communities, modern techniques such as the information network are used to promote the deep integration of community health services in many kinds of TCM.
