遵义市某三级医院医务人员身体健康体检状况分析

Analysis of Physical Examination of Medical Staff in a Tertiary Hospital in Zunyi

目的对全院医务人员身体健康体检结果进行分析,为医院对职工采取预防保健措施提供依据,为该市医务人员健康体系建设提供一定思路。方法分层抽样收集该三级医院一年以上在职医务人员的200份体检表,将数据录入SPSS20. 0软件进行统计分析,将性别、医务人员类别、年龄段进行差异性检验,总结存在的问题,分析其原因。结果该院男性职工患三高病症率(高血压42. 5%、高血脂41. 0%,高血糖35. 0%)高于女性(高血压30. 0%、高血脂25. 5%、高血糖28. 0%),女性职工胸部X片异常率(32. 0%)远高于男性职工(13. 0%);该院医务人员各阶段的年龄层次健康问题的检出率均随年龄的增加呈正相关关系;该院医师超重检出率(26. 0%)和护士超重检出率(28. 5%)高于其他职能部门人员至少10%以上,胆囊息肉医师的检出率(21%)和护士的胆囊息肉检出率(23. 5%)远远高于机关(6. 0%)和后勤人员(9. 0%),而后勤人员的高血压检出率最高(28. 5%),护士的肝功能异常检出率最高(42. 5%)。结论该院医务人员的身体健康体检状况较差且组织和个人均对此不够重视,体检表的设计不够合理全面并且医院的体检工作安排不够科学。改善医院管理、科学安排体检工作、丰富医院文体活动能够有效提高医务人员身体健康状况,同时定期作健康体检是对于医院职工预防检测疾病是至关重要的。

Objective To analyze the physical health examination results of the medical staff in the whole hospital, provide the basis for the prevention and health measures for the medical workers, and provide some ideas for the health system construction of the medical staff in this city. Methods Stratified sampling was used to collect 800 medical checklists for more than one year＇ s in - service medical staff in the tertiary hospital. The data were recorded into SPSS20. 0 software for statistical analysis. Gender, department, age, difference test were carried out to summarize the existing problems and analyze the reasons. Results The rate of the male workers suffering three highs （ high blood pressure, high blood fat and high blood sugar） in the hospital is higher than that of the female. The abnormal rate of X in the chest of the female workers is higher than that of the male workers. The detection rate of health problems before 60 years is positively related with the increase of age. Conclusion The physical examination results of medical staff in the hospital is poor and the organizations and individuals are not paying enough attention to it. The design of the physical examination table is not reasonable and comprehensive and the medical examination arrangement of the hospital is not scientific. Regular physical examination is very - important for hospital staff to detect and prevent diseases.
