两种上颌窦提升术同期植入种植体的临床对比研究 被引量:3

摘要 目的观察上颌窦内、外提升术同期植入种植体的临床效果。探讨较佳的上颌窦提升方式。方法60例患者随机分成两组,其中实验组30例采用上颌窦内提并同期植入种植体,对照组30例采用上颌窦外提并同期植入种植体。记录两组患者手术时间、术后满意度、种植体的稳定系数(ISQ值)及种植保存率,将数据进行统计学分析。结果实验组手术时间明显短于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P <0. 05);实验组种植体稳定性及保存率与对照组基本一致,差异无统计学意义(P> 0. 05)。结论上颌窦内、外提升术同期植入种植体临床效果均良好,但上颌窦内提升术手术时间短、患者满意度高,更值得临床推广。 Objective To compare the clinical effects of localized management of sinus floor, maxillary sinus augmentation in the posterior maxilla with simultaneous implant placement. Methods 60 patients were divided into observation group and control group. The observation group was treated with internal sinus floor elevation technique, the control group was applied with lateral window technique. The surgery time and patient satisfaction, implant stability quotient, implant survival rate were compared between the two groups. Results The average surgery time in the observation group was shorter than that in control group. There was no significant correlation between ISQ value and implant survival rate(P 〉 0. 05 ). Conclusion Internal sinus floor elevation technique was predictably simple and the satisfaction rate of patients was high.
