摘要
水封洞库作为国家战略能源储备的重要方式之一,其建设的安全可靠性尤为重要。针对砂岩地区地下水封洞库围岩结构的特殊性,研制了一种适用于砂岩区地下水封洞库的高性能钢纤维喷射混凝土,经过室内力学测试、现场喷射试验,并对比分析了该混凝土与C20普通喷射混凝土衬砌在各开挖时段的应力分布情况。结果表明,该高性能钢纤维喷射混凝土具有良好的综合性能,其抗压、抗折和黏接强度等均满足水封洞库围岩支护的稳定性等各项要求。
As one of the important ways of national strategic energy reserves, the construction safety of water sealed cavern is very important. According to the particularity of sandstone area of underground cavern surrounding rock structure, a kind of high performance steel fiber shotcrete suitable for sandstone area underground cavern is developed. Through mechanical test and field jet test, compared with the stress distribution of the concrete and C20 common shotcrete lining in each excavation period. The results show that it has excellent comprehensive performances, such as compression, folding and bonding strength, which meets the stability requirements of water sealed cavern supporting of surrounding rock.
