摘要 为研究多管直流式旋流分离器的气液分离性能,对其在具有不同结构参数的导向叶片下进行了实验研究,考察了导向叶片类型、叶片出口角度和叶片数对压降和气液分离效率的影响。此外,对2种类型的导向叶片分离性能进行了对比分析。最后,在优选的导向叶片基础上探究了进气室抽气对分离效率的影响。实验结果表明:相对于叶片数,叶片出口角是影响分离器阻力特性的主要因素;在达到临界浓度之前,入口流量越大、叶片出口角越小,分离效率随浓度的增加而增大;侧缝抽气在低含液浓度区域对不同类型的导向叶片分离效率均有利;利用不同结构参数和侧缝抽气之间的组合方式,得出基于入口流量和气体含液浓度的导向叶片选型图。 Gas liquid separation performance of a multi-tube axial cyclone separator with different structural guide vanes was studied. Effects of guide vane type, outlet angle/number on pressure drop and gas liquid separation efficiency were investigated. In addition, the separation performance of the separator with different guide vanes was compared and analyzed. Finally, effects of air intake in inlet chamber on separation efficiency were investigated with preferred guide vane. The experimental results show that blade outlet angle is the main factor affecting resistance characteristics of the separator comparing to blade numbers. When the concentration is below the critical concentration, the separation efficiency increases with the increase of concentration under high inlet flow and small outlet angle. Vertical slit gas extraction in low liquid concentration region is beneficial for separation. With different combination of structural parameters and vertical slit gas extraction, a blade selection diagram based on inlet flow rate and gas content is obtained.
