生物沼气加压水洗过程厂级动态控制设计与模拟

摘要 针对生物质沼气加压水洗提纯净化处理过程,开展厂级动态协同控制方案设计与模拟实验研究。根据生物沼气加压水洗中试装置工艺需求,采用Aspen Plus软件建立其稳态流程模拟系统,并通过对不同工艺操作条件进行稳态模拟获取最佳稳态操作工况。根据工艺要求合理设计厂级动态控制方案,保证沼气提纯率大于97%。通过Aspen Dynamic模块建立其动态流程模拟系统,分别引入沼气进气流量与成分扰动测试系统性能,模拟测试结果和实验运行结果表明,该控制系统具有良好的动态响应性能,而且在多种扰动下CO2的脱除率都大于99.8%,有效抑制各种扰动。 Dynamic control design and simulation was used to study biogas pressurized water scrubbing processes. A steady state simulation system was established using Aspen Plus software following the requirements of these processes, and the operating parameters under steady state and different operation conditions was optimized. Dynamic control schemes were also designed to ensure the biogas purification efficiency over 97%. A dynamic process simulation system was established with Aspen Dynamic model, and system performance was tested by introducing biogas intake flow disturbance and composition disturbance. Both simulation and experimental results show that the system has good dynamic response. Meanwhile, the system can effectively undertake various disturbances and ensure CO2 removal rate over 99.8%.
