摘要
目的建立咳喘宁颗粒的特征图谱分析方法。方法运用高效液相色谱(HPLC)法多波长切换检测技术,色谱柱为Tech Mate C18-ST柱(250 mm×4. 6 mm,5μm),流动相为乙腈(A)-0. 1%(体积分数)磷酸(B)梯度洗脱,检测波长为207 nm (0~40 min)、237 nm(40~55 min),流速为0. 9 m L/min,柱温为30℃。结果最终确定9个共有峰,分别归属麻黄、苦杏仁、百部和甘草4味药材,22批供试品中共有峰相对保留时间均在规定值的±5%内。结论该方法简便、准确,重复性好,能从整体上控制咳喘宁颗粒的有效成分,从而更经济、高效、科学、合理地评价产品质量。
Objective To establish a specific chromatograms analysis method of Kechuanning Granules. Methods HPLC and multi- wavelength switching technique were adopted with Tech Mate C18-ST column(250 mm ×4.6 mm, 5 txm), the mobile phase was acetonitrile(A)-0.1% phosphoric acid(B) with gradient elution, the detection wavelengths were 207 nm (0-40 min) and 237 nm (40-55 min), the flow rate was 0.9 mL/min, and the column temperature was 30 ℃(2. Results Finally, 9 common peaks were identified, belonging to four traditional Chinese medicinal materials: Ephedra sinica, Armeniacae Amarum Semen, Sternona japonica and Glycyrrhiza uralensis. Relative retention time of common peak in 22 batches of samples were within ± 5% of the specified value. Conclusion The method is simple, accurate and reproducible. It can control the active ingredients of Kechuanning Granules on the whole, so as to evaluate the quality of products more economically, efficiently, scientifically and rationally.
