布拉氏酵母菌佐治小儿厌食症对微量元素与脑肠肽水平的影响 被引量:9

摘要 目的探讨布拉氏酵母菌(商品名亿活)辅助治疗小儿厌食症的临床疗效及对患儿微量元素与脑肠肽水平的影响。方法选取唐山丰南区医院儿科门诊2016年6月至2017年10月收治的厌食症患儿97例,采用随机数字表法分为观察组(48例)和对照组(49例)。两组患儿均予以纠正不良饮食习惯,对照组患儿服用葡萄糖酸锌口服液,观察组在对照组基础上加服布拉氏酵母菌散,连续治疗8周。结果观察组总有效率为91. 67%,明显高于对照组的75. 51%(P <0. 05);两组患儿的血清中锌、铁、胃泌素(GAS)、胃动素(MTL)和β-内啡肽(β-EP)水平均有所上升,且观察组的上升幅度较对照组更显著(P <0. 05);两组患儿治疗期间未发现明显不良反应。结论布拉氏酵母菌散辅助治疗小儿厌食症的疗效显著,安全性高,其作用机制可能是通过调节患儿体内微量元素的水平及GAS,MTL,β-EP等脑肠肽的分泌与释放进而促进食欲。 Objective To investigate the clinical effct of Saccharomyces boularclii(Bioflor) in the adjuvant treatment of children patients with infantile anorexia and its effect on trace elements and braingnt peptide level. Methods Totally 97 children patients with infantile anorexia admitted to Tangshan Fengnan District Hospital from June 2016 to OcLober 2017 were selected and divided into the observa- tion group(48 cases) and the control group(49 cases) by the random number table method. The children in the two groups were cor- rected bad eating habits. The control group was given Zinc Gluconate Oral Solution, on this basis, the observation group was given Sac- charomyces boulardii Sachets. The two groups were treated for 8 weeks. Results The total effctive rate of the observation group was 91.67%, which was significantly higher than 75.51% of the control group(P 〈 0. 05).The levels of serum zinc, iron, gastrin(GAS), motilin(MTL), and ]3-endorphin([3 -EP) in the two groups were increased, and the increase in the observation group was more significant than that in the control group( P 〈 0.05). No significant adverse reaction was found in the two groups during treatment. Conclusion Saccharomyces boularclii is effctive and safe in the adjuvant treatment of children patients with infantile anorexia, its mechanism may be through regulating the level of trace elements in the body and the secretion and release of GAS, MTL, β -EP and other brain -gut peptide to promote appetite.
