血塞通对脑梗死并脑心综合征患者心肌损伤指标和左心室功能的影响

Effect of Xuesaitong on Myocardial Injury Indexes and Left Ventricular Function in Patients with Cerebral Infarction Complicated with Cerebrocardiac Syndrome

目的探讨血塞通对脑梗死合并脑心综合征患者心肌损伤指标及左心室功能的影响。方法选取医院2014年6月至2017年6月收治的脑梗死合并脑心综合征患者60例,按随机数字表法分为对照组和治疗组,各30例。对照组采取常规治疗,治疗组在对照组基础上加用血塞通注射液治疗。结果治疗组总有效率为93. 33%,显著高于对照组的73. 33%(P <0. 05);与治疗前比较,两组治疗后美国国立卫生研究院卒中量表(NIHSS)评分、血清肌酸激酶同工酶(CK-MB)、肌钙蛋白I(TnI)、C反应蛋白(CRP)、白细胞介素6(IL-6)、肿瘤坏死因子-α(TNF-α)水平均显著下降,且治疗组显著低于对照组(P <0. 05);治疗组治疗后心律失常率、ST-T改变率均显著低于对照组(P <0. 05);两组均无明显不良反应发生。结论血塞通治疗脑梗死合并脑心综合征疗效较好,能明显改善心电图异常症状,减轻机体心肌损伤及炎性反应,有利于神经功能恢复。

Objective To investigate the effect of Xuesaitong on myocardial injury indexes and the left ventricular function in patients with cerebral infarction complicated with cerebrocardiac syndrome. Methods Totally 60 patients with cerebral infarction complicated with cerebrocardiac syndrome admitted to our hospital from June 2014 to June 2017 were selected and randomly divided into the control group and the treatment group by the random number table method, 30 cases in each group. The control group was given conventional treatment, on the basis, the treatment group was additionally treated with Xuesaitong Injection. Results The total effective rate of the treatment group was 93＋ 33%, which was significantly higher than 73＋ 33% of the control group（P 〈 0＋ 05）＋ After treatment, the National Institutes of Health Stroke Scale （NIHSS） scores, levels of creatine kinase - MB （CK - MB）, troponin I （TnI）, C - reactive protein （CRP）, interleukin-6（IL-6） and tumor necrosis factor-a（TNF-a） in the two groups were significantly decreased（P 〈 0.05）, and those in the treatment group were significantly lower than those in the control group（ P 〈 0.05）. After treatment, the arrhythmia rate and ST-T change rate in the treatment group were significantly lower than those in the control group（P 〈 0.05）. There were no obvious adverse reactions in the two groups. Conclusion Xuesaitong is effective in the treatment of cerebral infarction complicated with cerebrocardiac syndrome, it can obviously relieve the abnormal symptoms of electrocardiogram, the myocardial injury and inflammatory reactions, which is good for the recovery of neurological function.
