摘要
目的 :探讨联用通窍活血汤和针刺疗法治疗短暂性脑缺血发作的效果。方法 :择取2016年1月至2017年1月在双流区第一人民医院进行治疗的85例短暂性脑缺血发作患者作为本次研究的对象。将其分为对照组(42例)与观察组(43例)。对两组患者均进行西医治疗。在此基础上,为对照组患者用通窍活血汤进行治疗,为观察组患者用通窍活血汤和针刺疗法进行治疗。然后对比两组患者治疗的效果及各项血流动力学指标。结果:观察组患者治疗的总有效率[93.02%(40/43)]高于对照组患者治疗的总有效率[76.19%(32/42)],P <0.05。治疗后,两组患者椎动脉的Vp、Vm均较治疗前明显加快,其椎动脉的PI均较治疗前明显降低,P <0.05;观察组患者椎动脉的Vp、Vm均快于对照组患者,其椎动脉的PI低于对照组患者,P <0.05。结论 :用通窍活血汤和针刺疗法治疗短暂性脑缺血发作的效果显著,能够有效地改善患者的各项血流动力学指标。
Objective： To explore the effect of tongqiaohuoxue decoction and acupuncture on the treatment of transient ischemic attack. Methods： 85 patients with transient ischemic attack who were treated in the first people＇s hospital of shuangliu district from January 2016 to January 2017 were selected as subjects of this study. They were divided into control group（42 cases） and observation group（43 cases）. Both groups were treated with western medicine. On this basis, tongqiaohuoxue decoction was used to treat the patients in the control group, and tongqiaohuoxue decoction and acupuncture therapy were used to treat the patients in the observation group. Then, the therapeutic effects and hemodynamic indexes of the two groups were compared. Results： the total effective rate of the observation group（93.02%（40/43）） was higher than that of the control group（76.19%（32/42））, P 0.05. After treatment, both Vp and Vm of the vertebral artery of the two groups were significantly faster than before treatment, and their PI of vertebral artery was significantly lower than before treatment, P 0.05. Both Vp and Vm of the observation group were faster than those of the control group, and the PI of the vertebral artery was lower than that of the control group, P 0.05. Conclusion： tongqiaohuoxue decoction and acupuncture therapy are effective in treating transient ischemic attack, and can effectively improve the hemodynamic indexes of patients.
