上消化道溃疡治疗中不合理用药的回顾性分析

Retrospective Analysis of Irrational Drug Use in the Treatment of Upper Gastrointestinal Ulcer

目的探究上消化道溃疡患者治疗中的不合理用药情况,为临床治疗疾病提供依据。方法将本院收治的上消化道溃疡患者共计140例作为研究资料,对患者联合用药治疗的情况进行分析,探究出不合理用药的情况。结果经过分析,不合理用药情况有90例,占64.29%,停药复发有85例,占94.44%。主要用药配伍不合理的方式为抑酸剂、促胃动力药、抗胆碱能药物等的不合理配伍。结论临床上用于治疗上消化道溃疡的药物种类是很多的,每一种药物的药理作用也是不同的,治疗中需合理选择配伍方案,以不断提高治疗效果,降低疾病的复发率。

Objective To investigate and analyze the irrational drug use in the treatment of upper gastrointestinal ulcer patients, and to provide evidence for clinical treatment of diseases. Methods A total of 140 cases of upper gastrointestinal ulcer patients in our hospital were used as research data, and the patients were treated by combined use of drugs to explore the situation of irrational drug use. Results After analysis, there were 90 cases of irrational drug use, accounting for 64.29%, and 85 cases of drug withdrawal recurred, accounting for 94.44%. The unreasonable combination of main drugs is irrational combination of antacids, gastric motility drugs, anticholinergic drugs and mucosal protective agents. Conclusion There are many kinds of drugs used in the treatment of upper gastrointestinal ulcer, and the pharmacological effects of each kind of medicine are different, in the treatment, it is necessary to choose the compatibility plan reasonably in order to improve the therapeutic effect and reduce the recurrence rate of the disease.
