浅谈应用舒适护理对提高骨科手术成功率的护理体会

Nursing Experience of Improving the Success rate of Department of Orthopedics Operation by Comfortable Nursing

目的探讨应用舒适护理对提高骨科手术成功率的护理体会。方法选取我科2010年至2015年骨科收治的60例手术患者,将其分为对照组和观察组。对照组进行常规的护理方法,观察组给予舒适护理干预,对比应用效果。结果观察组患者护理满意度为96.7%,高于对照组的66.7%;观察组患者术后住院恢复时间为(21±2)d,低于对照组的(33±3)d;观察组患者治愈率为92%,高于对照组的85%。结论将舒适护理应用到骨科手术中,不仅满足患者的身心要求,也同时促进患者术后康复,避免并发症的发生,提高手术成功率,患者满意度高。

Objective To explore the nursing experience of applying comfortable nursing to improve the success rate of operation in Department of orthopedics. Methods 60 surgical patients admitted to our department of orthopedics in 2010-2015 were divided into control group and observation group. The control group received routine nursing, while the observation group was given comfort nursing intervention, compared the effect of the application. Results The nursing satisfaction of the observation group was 96.6%, which was higher than that of the control group（66.6%）; The postoperative recovery time of the observation group was（21±2） d, which was lower than that of the control group（33±3） d; The cure rate of the observation group was 92%, which was higher than 85% of the control group. Conclusion The application of comfort care in Department of orthopedics is not only to meet the needs of patients, but also to promote postoperative rehabilitation, avoid complications, improve the success rate of operation and the patient＇s satisfaction is high.
