早期机械通气救治急性中毒致呼吸衰竭的临床疗效研究

摘要 目的了解因急性中毒导致呼吸衰竭患者用早期机械通气手段救治的临床应用价值。方法对笔者所在医院急诊内科于2017年间收治的因急性中毒诱发呼吸衰竭患者为分析对象,共50例,数字编序后用计算机将其各组25例分为常规组与早期组,患者均立即接受急性中毒对症治疗,接受机械通气治疗分别在自主呼吸停止后、自主呼吸停止前。比较不同时期的机械通气对急性中毒致呼吸衰竭患者的临床疗效。结果相对于治疗前,两组患者各项生命体征均有所改善,治疗后早期组患者各项指标更具优越性(P<0.05);在病情治疗有效率方面组间数据存在差异,早期组数据更具优越性(P<0.05)。结论对急性中毒致呼吸衰竭患者在其自主呼吸停止前立即给予机械通气手段干预能够对患者相关指标有更积极的影响,确保对症治疗的质量效果,对抢救患者生命有积极意义,值得推广。 Objective To understand the clinical application value of early mechanical ventilation for patients with respiratory failure caused by acute poisoning. Methods 50 cases of respiratory failure caused by acute poisoning were analyzed in emergency internal medicine of our hospital during 2017 years. After the numbers were serialized, 25 patients in each group were divided into the routine group and the early group by computer. Symptomatic treatment for acute poisoning and mechanical ventilation were performed after spontaneous breathing stopped and spontaneous breathing stopped. To compare the clinical efficacy of mechanical ventilation at different times on acute respiratory failure caused by acute poisoning. Results Compared with before treatment, all vital signs of the two groups were improved. The indexes of the patients in the early group were superior(P〈0.05). There were differences between the groups in the treatment efficiency of the disease. The group data was more superior(P〈0.05). Conclusion Patients with respiratory failure caused by acute poisoning can be treated with mechanical ventilation before their spontaneous breathing stops. This intervention can have a more positive impact on patient-related indicators, ensure the quality of symptomatic treatment, and have a positive effect on the life of patients. It is worth promoting.
