护士规范化培训的规范管理在临床工作中应用的效果评价

The Effect Evaluation of Standardized Management of Nurses' Standardized Training in Clinical Work

目的研究探讨护士规范化培训管理在临床工作中的应用效果。方法此次研究的是2014年新入职护士共计32名,对其进行为期3年的规范化培训管理,实施前、后对所有研究对象专业知识、专业水平、护理满意评分以及护理差错次数进行评价,总结分析规范化培训管理对于护士临床工作的影响。结果培训前后护士的专业知识、专业水平、护理满意评分以及护理差错次数差异较大,培训后护士的综合素质明显提高,数据结果均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论护士的规范化培训是护士在毕业后进行专业课程的继续教育,是提升专业水平和技能的有效方法,规范化培训能够有效帮助不同年资护士在临床实践中不断进步。

Objective To study the effect of nurse standardization training management in clinical work. Methods A total of 32 newly recruited nurses in 2014 were enrolled in this study and 3 years standardized training management was conducted. Before implementation, all subjects＇ professional knowledge, professional level, nursing satisfaction score and the number of nursing mistakes were evaluated. the impact of standardized training management on clinical work of nurses was analyzed. Results Before and after training, nurses＇ professional knowledge, professional level, nursing satisfaction score and the number of nursing errors varied greatly. After training, the overall quality of nurses was significantly improved, and the data results were statistically significant（P0.05）. Conclusion Nurses＇ standardized training is an effective way for nurses to carry out professional courses after graduation. It is an effective way to improve their professional level and skills. Standardized training can effectively help nurses of different seniority to make continuous progress in clinical practice.
