腹腔镜手术与传统开腹手术治疗急性阑尾炎的临床效果分析

Clinical Analysis of Laparoscopic Surgery and Traditional Open Surgery for Acute Appendicitis

目的分析腹腔镜手术与传统开腹手术治疗急性阑尾炎的临床疗效及应用价值。方法选取我院2014年5月至2017年5月收治的340例急性阑尾炎患者,采用随机分组法进行分组对比研究。其中予以对照组传统开腹手术;观察组则使用腹腔镜手术。对比两组临床疗效及各项数据的差异。结果经不同手术方式治疗后,观察组治疗总有效率明显高于对照组,组间差异显著(P<0.05);观察组临床各项指标均优于对照组,组间差异显著(P<0.05)。结论在针对急性阑尾炎疾病的临床治疗时,腹腔镜手术的应用对患者造成的创伤性较小,安全性高,患者术后恢复时间短,疗效显著,值得临床推广应用。

Objective To analyze the clinical efficacy and clinical value of laparoscopic surgery and traditional open surgery in the treatment of acute appendicitis. Methods 340 patients with acute appendicitis were enrolled in our hospital from May 2014 to May 2017, divided into observation group and control group. The patients in the control group were treated with traditional open surgery. The patients in the observation group were treated by laparoscopic surgery. Analysis and comparison of the two groups of patients with clinical efficacy and differences in the data. Results After treatment, the total effective rate of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group（P〈0.05）. The clinical indexes in the observation group were better than those in the control group（P〈0.05）. Conclusion In the clinical treatment of acute appendicitis disease, laparoscopic surgery can effectively improve the clinical symptoms of patients, patients after surgery, the recovery time is shorter, the effect is significant, worthy of clinical application.
