围手术期综合护理对急性胆囊炎患者护理质量及生活质量的影响

Effect of Perioperative Comprehensive Nursing on Nursing Quality and Life Quality of Acute Cholecystitis Patients

目的观察、分析在急性胆囊炎患者的护理中,总结并阐述围手术期综合护理对急性胆囊炎患者护理质量及生活质量的影响效果。方法特选取我院接收的急性胆囊炎患者62例作为研究对象;随机分为两组。每组31例,实验组应用围手术期综合护理措施;对照组应用常规护理措施。观察分析两组的护理效果。结果实验组的对护理满意程度的总评分为(95.42±1.4)分,显著高于对照组的(78.24±1.3)分,两组间差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.05);实验组的优良较好率为90.3%,对照组为51.6%,实验组的优良较好率明显高于对照组的,两组间差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在急性胆囊炎患者的护理中围手术期综合护理措施的护理效果显著,同时可以有效降低不良并发症发生率,进一步提高总有效率,值得临床上应用。

Objective to observe and summarize effect of perioperative comprehensive nursing on nursing quality and life quality of acute cholecystitis patients. Methods choose 62 cases acute cholecystitis patients admitted to our hospital were as research obbjects, divide them into two groups randomly, 31 cases in each. Experimental group was treated with perioperative comprehensive nursing measures, and control group with routine nursing measures. Observe and analyze nursing effect of two groups. Results total scores of nursing satisfaction of experimental group was（95.42±1.4）, significantly higher than control group,（78.24±1.3）. Difference showed statistical significance between two groups（P0.05）. Good rate of experimental group was 90.3%, significantly higher than 51.6% of control group, difference showed statistical significance between two groups,（P0.05）. Conclusion perioperative comprehensive nursing measures have remarkable nursing effect on druing nursing of acute cholecystitis patients, can reduce incidence of adverse complications effectively and further improve total efficiency, which is worthy of clinical application.
