心理护理在自闭症护理中的积极作用

Positive Effect of Psychological Nursing in Autism Nursing

目的评价心理护理在自闭症护理过程中所取得的价值和效果。方法本研究的所有研究对象均为我院收治的自闭症患者,患者入院时间为2016年8月到2017年10月,选择其中的60例作为研究对象,将所有患者随机分为观察组和对照组,平均每组患者均为30例。对照组患者配合采用常规的护理措施进行干预,观察组患者配合强化心理干预,评价两组患者的护理效果。结果本研究对照组患者的自闭症基本没有较大的改善,护理效果相对较差,而本研究观察组患者有20例患者能够自理生活,可以和相关的社会人群进行自由交往,还有6例学习成绩明显提升,可以和同学以及朋友进行较好的相处。结论对于自闭症患者在进行治疗,同时为患者进行强化心理护理可以有效的改善患者的相关临床症状,促进患者更好的面对自己,对改善患者的病情,促进患者融入社会,具有较好的价值。

Objective to evaluate value and effect of psychological nursing in autism nursing process. Methods choose 60 cases autistic patients admitted to our hospital from August 2016 to October 2017 as study objects. Divide them into observation and control group in average randomly, 30 cases in each. Control group was treated with by routine intervention nursing measures, and observation group with intensive psychological intervention. Evaluate nursing effect of two groups. Results in the study, control group had no great improvement, with relatively poor nursing effect. In observation group, 20 cases can take care of themselves and have free association with relevant social groups, and 6 cases had improved their academic achievements, could get along well with classmates and friends. Conclusion during treatment of autistic patients, intensive psychological nursing can improve clinical symptoms of patients effectively, promote face themselves better, and improve patient＇s condition and promote them to integrate into society, which is of good value.
