糖尿病合并冠心病护理中多样性护理的应用

Application of Diversified Nursing in Nursing of Diabetic Patients with Coronary Heart Disease

目的研究分析糖尿病合并冠心病护理中多样性护理的应用。方法选取我院2016年4月至2017年5月间收治的糖尿病合并冠心病患者90例,将其平均分为研究组和对照组各45例,对照组采用常规护理,研究组则在常规护理基础上进行多样性护理,观察对比两组患者的复查、药物、生活依从率及护理满意度。结果研究组患者生活、药物、复查依从率及护理满意度均高于对照组,两组对比差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论多样性护理在糖尿病合并冠心病患者应用中取得良好的临床效果,有效改善患者生活、药物、复查依从性,提高其护理满意度。

Objective to study application of diversified nursing in nursing of diabetic patients with coronary heart disease. Methods choose 90 cases diabetes patients combined with coronary heart disease treated in our hospital from April 2016 to May 2017, divide them into study and control group, 45 cases in each. Control group was treated with routine nursing, and study group with diversified nursing on the basis of routine nursing. Observe reexamination, medicine, living compliance rate and nursing satisfaction of two groups. Results life, medicine, re-examination compliance rate and nursing satisfaction of study group was higher than control group, difference showed statistical significance between two groups,（P0.05）. Conclusion diversified nursing has good clinical effect in application of diabetic patients with coronary heart disease, can improve patient＇s life, medicine, reexamination compliance of patients effectively, and improve their nursing satisfaction degree.
