局部深部热疗联合化疗与单纯化疗治疗中晚期胃癌的效果、生活质量及累积生存率对比研究

Comparative Study on Effect, Life quality and Cumulative Survival Rate of Local Deep Hyperthermia Combined with Chemotherapy and Chemotherapy Only in Treatment of Middle and Advanced Gastric Cancer

目的对比研究局部深部热疗联合化疗与单纯化疗治疗中晚期胃癌的效果、生活质量及累积生存率。方法回顾性分析51例中晚期胃癌患者的临床资料,依据采取的治疗方案的不同将患者分为对照组(26例)和实验组(25例),实验组患者采取局部深部热疗联合化疗进行治疗,对照组患者仅单纯化疗。结果实验组完全缓解7例,部分缓解11例,缓解率为72.00%,显著高于对照组的46.15%,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);实验组患者6个月、1年、2年生存率分别为96.00%、60.00%和28.00%,均显著高于对照组的73.08%、42.31%和11.54%,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);实验组患者精神症状、吞咽困难、体重、食欲、疼痛等生活质量的改善情况均显著优于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);对照组毒副反应发生率为38.46%,实验组毒副反应发生率为44.00%,两组患者毒副反应发生率无统计学差异(P>0.05)。结论局部深部热疗联合化疗治疗中晚期胃癌临床效果确切,能够显著提高患者近期疗效,严重患者生存周期,提高患者生活质量,具有临床应用价值。

Objective to compare effect, life quality and cumulative survival rate of local deep hyperthermia combined with chemotherapy and chemotherapy only in treatment of middle and advanced gastric cancer. Methods review and analyze clinical data of 51 cases middle and advanced gastric cancer patients, divide them into control group（26 cases） and experimental group（25 cases） according to different treatment schemes. Experimental group was treated with local deep hyperthermia combined with chemotherapy, and control group with chemotherapy only. Results 7 cases in experimental group were relieved completely, 11 cases partially relieved, with relief rate of 72.00%, significantly higher than control group（46.15%）. Difference showed statistical significance,（P0.05）. 6 months, 1, 2-year survival rate of experimental group was 96.00%, 60.00% and 28.00%, respectively, significantly higher than 73.08%, 42.31% and 11.54% of control group, difference showed statistical significance（P0.05）; improvement of mental symptoms, dysphagia, weight, appetite, pain and other life quality indexes of experimental group were significantly better than control group, difference showed statistical significance（P0.05）; incidence of toxic and side effects of control group was 38.46%, that of experimental group was 44.00%, which showed no statistical difference,（P0.05）. Conclusionlocal deep hyperthermia combined with chemotherapy has accurate clinical effect in treatment of middle and advanced gastric cancer, can improve short-term effect of patients significantly, prolong life cycle and enhance life quality of patients, which is of value of clinical promotion.
