综合护理干预措施对抑郁症治疗效果影响的研究

Curative Effect Study of Comprehensive Nursing Intervention on Depression Treatment

目的评价综合护理干预措施对于抑郁症治疗效果的影响。方法本研究选择采用分组对照的方法进行调查研究,所有患者均为我院收治的抑郁症患者,本研究选择2016年4月至2017年12月收治的68例抑郁症患者作为研究对象,将所有患者随机方法分为观察组和对照组,平均每组患者均为34例。两组患者均根据患者的实际症状进行治疗,对于本研究对照组配合常规护理进行干预,观察组患者配合综合护理进行干预,对两组患者的临床治疗效果进行评价。结果比较两组患者的临床治疗总有效率,观察组患者的治疗总有效率明显比对照组更高,两组之间存在差异性,P<0.05,差异具有统计学意义。结论临床上在对抑郁症患者进行治疗时,为患者配合综合护理措施进行干预可以有效的提高患者临床治疗的总有效率,能够保证患者症状得到控制,值得临床广泛应用。

Objective to evaluate curative effect of comprehensive nursing intervention on depression treatment. Methodsin the study carry on grouping control method for investigation, choose 68 cases depression patients admitted from April 2016 to December 2017 as research objects, divide them into observation and control group in average, 34 cases in each. Carry on treatment for two groups according to their actual symptoms control group was treated with routine nursing intervention, and observation group with comprehensive nursing intervention. Evaluate clinical curative effect of two groups. Results Compare total effective rate of clinical treatment between two groups. Total effective rate of observation group was significantly higher than control group, difference showed statistical significance between two groups, P0.05. Conclusion comprehensive nursing intervention measures can improve total effective rate of depression patients effectively, and ensure control of patients＇ symptoms, which is worthy of promotion and application.
