摘要
实验以槐湘树茸为原料,先将其粉碎,再于400~600℃下马弗炉中灼烧制炭,以研钵研至粉末状,过60目筛,分别以KMnO_4,KOH,H_3PO_4以及ZnCl_24种活化剂处理,最后得到高吸附性活性炭.通过各种表征手段进行结构表征,以红外(FT-IR)分析其表面基团;以扫描电子显微镜(SEM)了解其形貌;以全自动比表面积和孔径分析仪测定其孔径分布和比表面积大小.最后择优改性活性炭,以甲基橙溶液和姜黄素溶液为研究对象,分别从时间、炭的投入量两方面进行吸附研究,其吸附能力较未改性炭有很大的提高.
In this experiment,the chopped oak tree was taken as raw material. Firstly,it was smashed,and crude carbon was made with 400 ~ 600 ℃ in a muffle furnace. Then,it was grinded into powder by mortar and screened by 60 mesh,and four activators of KMnO4,KOH,H3PO4 and ZnCl2 were used respectively. Finally,the highly adsorptive activated carbon was obtained. The structure was characterized by various characterization methods. The surface group was analyzed by infrared( FT-IR). The morphology of the surface was investigated by scanning electron microscope( SEM); the pore size distribution and specific surface area were measured by automatic specific surface area and aperture analyzer. Finally,the modified activated carbon is preferred. By taking methyl orange solution and curcumin solution as the research object,the adsorption study was carried out from two aspects of time and carbon input,and its adsorption capacity was greatly improved than that of unmodified carbon.
