摘要
从体能训练角度出发,对排球运动员力量训练方法开展研究.围绕振动频率为中心,采取比较分析方法,对排球运动员力量训练方法创新进行研究,分析振动刺激与排球运动员力量训练效果之间的关系,以更好了解排球运动员刺激频率规律和特点,为提高力量训练效果提供有益参考.
In this paper,the method of strength training for volleyball players are studied from the perspective of physical training. Focusing on the frequency of vibration,a comparative analysis method is adopted to study the innovation of the method of strength training for volleyball players. It tries to analyze the relationship between the vibration stimulation and the strength training effect of the volleyball players,so as to better understand the rules and characteristics of the stimulation frequency for volleyball players,and it will provide a useful reference for the improvement of the strength training effect.
