十九大报告中,提出要深入挖掘中华优秀传统文化蕴含的思想观念、人文精神、道德规范,让中华文化展现时代风采。新形势下,如何在高校基层党建工作中发挥优秀传统文化的正向影响作用,成为了需要探讨的实践问题。在此背景下,本文将对我国传统文化中的精髓进行简要归纳,并针对当下高校基层党建工作中存在的问题,提出具体的解决措施。

In the report of tithe 19 th National Congress, it put forward that we should deeply exploit the ideology, humanity spirits, and moral rule from excellent Chinese traditional culture, make Chinese culture present elegant demeanor. Under the new situation, how to take more positive effect on primary party organization construction in universities becomes the practical issue need to discuss. In this context, this article will briefly introduce the essence of our country＇s traditional culture and propose specific solutions to the problems existing in the current college party building work.
