摘要
在新课程背景下,现代教师教育的培养模式与课程内容都在变革与调整之中,本文借鉴职业教育领域内成熟的学习领域课程设计方法,探索师范生教师职业技能培养的新范式,结合《教育统计与测评》课程的教学实践,详细分析从职业视角进行的教师专业技能培养目标的分解、学习领域的描述及基于PBL的教学实施的具体方法。
How to train teachers for the modern education is the deep thinking of teacher teacher's professional skill training in normal colleges must bear the problem. In under the background of new curriculum of China, it is necessary to learn"Learningfield"Curriculum Model from the vocational education, to exploration of teacher's professional skill training of new paradigm; the preliminary exploration is on course of Education Statistics Measurement Evaluation. Analysis of the teachers' professional skills cultivation target of decomposition, described in the field of learning and teaching based on PBL implementation of specific methods.
