国际化视域下高校多语言志愿服务人才培养策略研究

A Study on the Cultivation Strategy of University Volunteer Service Personnel in the Perspective of Internationalization

本文以杭州进入后"G20"时代的国际背景为契机,以"青年学子学习青年习近平"主题实践活动为平台,将高校国际志愿服务文化建设作为切入点,在国际化视角下分析高校志愿者工作现状以及目前各高校在国际志愿服务文化建设工作中面临的机遇与挑战,探讨高校如何发挥志愿者服务平台的最佳功能,构建"公益+专业"志愿服务长效工作体系。围绕高校志愿文化的德育功能,提出利用"微公益"构建高校志愿文化自觉。

The paper takes the international background of the post-Hangzhou ＂G20＂ era as an opportunity, takes the theme of ＂Young students learn from the young Xi Jinping＂ as the platform, and takes the construction of the international volunteer service culture in colleges and universities as the starting point, and analyzes the present situation of volunteer work in universities and the opportunities and challenges that universities face in the international volunteer service culture. This paper discusses how colleges and universities can bring into play the best function of volunteer service platform and construct the long-term work system of ＂public welfare ＋ professional＂ volunteer service. The author makes a comparative study on the moral education function of the voluntary culture in colleges and universities, and proposes to construct the voluntary culture consciousness in colleges and universities.
