摘要
本文考查了中学生积极体验的影响因素,从而为相关的理论研究和实践干预提供指导。利用问卷在上海、江西和浙江收集了4102份数据,使用spss24.0和hlm6.08进行统计分析。结果显示学生变量中的整体学业成绩、受欺负频率、教师对待和学习效能感显著预测中学生的积极体验;学校变量中的教师数量、学校地域和冲突解决氛围显著预测中学生的积极体验;教师数量、学校地域和冲突解决氛围显著强化了整体学业成绩与积极体验之间的正向关系;学生数量显著强化了受欺负频率与积极体验斜率之间的负向关系;冲突解决氛围显著减弱了学习效能感与积极体验之间的正向关系。
This paper examines the influence factors of middle school students' positive experience, thus providing guidance for relevant theoretical research and practical intervention. 4102 data were collected in Shanghai, Jiangxi and Zhejiang by questionnaires, and statistical analysis was conducted by using spss24.0 and hlm6.08. Results: students' overall academic performance, bullying frequency, teacher support and learning efficacy are significantly predict positive experience of middle school students; he number of teachers, school district and school conflict resolution climate are significantly predict positive experience of middle school students; the number of teachers, school district and school conflict resolution climate are significantly enhance the positive relationship between overall academic performance and positive experience;The number of students significantly enhance the negative relationship between bullying frequency and positive experience;school conflict resolution climate significantly reduces the positive relationship between learning efficiency and positive experience.
