新形势下大学生职业规划的调查与思考——以福建应用型本科工科学生为例

The Investigation and Thinking on Career Planning for College Student in the New Situation——application-oriented universities' students in Fujian Province as an example

面对当前严峻的大学生"就业难"问题,如何进一步改进我国大学生职业规划教育,促进大学生好就业,就好业,仍是当前高校面临的一项重要课题。本文在对福建省应用型本科院校630名工科大学生进行问卷调查的基础上,指出当前高校大学生职业定位不明晰、职业意识淡薄、职业规划脱离社会现实,缺乏实际行动以及缺乏个性化指导等主要问题,并提出构建高校多元化职业规划实践平台、引导家庭积极参与职业规划等积极建议。

At present, facing the grave problem of college students＇ low employment, how to make further improvements on the education of Career planning for college student and to promote the employment rate of graduates which is a vital project faced by university curently. Furthermoer, occupational planning which breaks away from social reality and lacks of individualized guidance and practical action. To solve these problema, the artical comes up with some advice that structure the practical and pluralistic platfrom for the studens in universities and encourage family to participate the Career planning
