摘要 残疾人作为一个特殊的群体长期受到社会各界的关照与重视,一直以来都是大众眼中的"弱势群体",提倡更多的、参与、共享更的文明理念,公众对残疾人的公开歧视现象确已明显减少,但不可否认隐性歧视仍然存在。现代文明社会形成的标志之一包括关注、关心以及平等地对待残疾人群体,这也是残疾人作为独立个体理应获得的生命权利。本文将从社会公平的理论出发,通过界定社会公平的概念、分析残疾人群体的特殊需要,进一步解析残疾人教育的重要意义,并以此呼吁公众关注残疾人、关爱残疾人。 As a special group, the disabled have long been taken care of and valued by all walks of life. They have always been the vulnerable group in the eyes of the public. The society advocates the concept of equality, participation and sharing and the public discrimination against the disabled. The phenomenon has indeed decreased significantly, but it is undeniable that implicit discrimination still exists. One of the signs of the formation of modern civilized society includes attention, concern and equal treatment of the disabled population, which is also the right to life that the disabled should be acquired as an independent individual. Starting from the theory of social equity, this paper analyzes the significance of the education of disabled people by defining the concept of social equity and analyzing the special needs of disabled people, and appeals to the public to pay attention to the disabled and care for the disabled.
