摘要
采用水热合成法,以半焦为载体,醋酸锌(ZnAc)和六次甲基四胺(HMT)为反应物,聚乙二醇作表面活性剂的水-醇体系中制备了负载氧化锌的活性半焦。借助扫描电子显微镜(SEM)、透射电镜(TEM)、傅里叶-红外光谱仪(FT-IR)、BET比表面积等检测手段对制得的样品进行了表征,考察了不同水热温度对负载ZnO的影响,并探究了ZnO的形成机理。结果表明,在ZnAc:HMT为1.5:1,水热时间为12 h,水热温度为180℃的条件下制得的ZnO形貌最佳,负载效果最好。
A series of activated semi-cokes supported zinc oxide sorbents were prepared in alcohol solution via the hydrothermal method, active semi-coke was used as support precursor,zinc acetate and hexamethylenetetramine as precursors and polyethylene glycol as surfactant. The prepared samples were characterized by means of SEM, TEM, FT-IR, BET specific surface area. The effect of different hydrothermal temperatures were investigated for ZnO loading. The results show that the ZnO has the best morphology and the best loading effect when ZnAc:HMT is 1.5:1, the hydrothermal time is 12h, and the hydrothermal temperature is 180℃ .
