摘要
本文针对某低锌瓦斯泥进行硫酸浸出试验研究,利用Design expert 8.0软件对试验条件进行进一步优化,根据Box-Behnken原理,建立了响应值锌浸出率与三个影响因素之间的回归方程,并且采用响应曲面法(Response surface methodology, RSM)优化低锌瓦斯泥浸出锌的工艺条件,以探索较佳的浸出试验条件,并选取优化后的浸出条件进行验证试验。在最佳浸出工艺条件下,即常温下,硫酸浓度为0.58 mol/L,液固比为7:1,反应时间为40min,此时锌浸出率预测值为96.93%,通过试验验证,锌浸出率平均值为96.95%,取得了良好的工艺指标,与模型预测值吻合度极高。
Acid leaching test study was conducted on low zinc of blast furnace gas mud ,based on the condition of a series of single factor experiment. According to the principle of Box - Behnken, it established the regression equation between the response value on the leaching rate of Zn and three main influencing factors,by using the response surface methodology to further optimization of test conditions, to explore the best leaching test conditions, and the leaching experiment was studied under the optimized conditions .Under the optimal leaching process conditions, i.e., the normal temperature, the concentration of sulfuric acid was 0.58 mol/L, the liquid-solid ratio was 7:1, reaction time was 40 min Through experiment verification, zinc leaching rate was as high as 96.95%, which obtained good technical index, and was in good agreement with the predicted values of the model (about 96.93%).
