基于惯例视域下变革型领导对团队创新绩效的研究

摘要 本文在概述变革型领导及团队创新绩效相关理论的基础上,重点从惯例视域下,分析了变革型领导对团队绩效创新的正向影响,并提出了进一步推动这一正向影响的建议。
