摘要
由多主棒孢菌(Corynespora cassiicola)引起的猕猴桃褐斑病是一种重要的猕猴桃病害。在四川、广西、江西等地均有报道,主要导致早期落叶,促使秋稍萌发,消耗树体养分,影响树势和次年的开花座果,使猕猴桃的品质和产量受到严重影响。
Kiwifruit brown leaf spot, also termed as leaf defoliation diseases, caused by Corynespora cassiicola ( Berk. & Curt. ) Wei, has become one of the important factors affecting kiwifruit industry. Screening and application of resistant germplasm resources is the most effective approach for disease control. In this study, forty-two kiwifruit germplasm materials, including seventeen cultivated varieties, seventeen wild resources and eight combined materials, were collected and evaluated for C. cassiicola resistance using the combined methods of natural infection in field and detached inoculation indoor, respectively. The results showed that among cultivated ki- wifruit varieties, Long Shan, Mi Liang-1, Feng Yue and Kui Mi were highly resistant, while Hong Yang and Jin Nong-1 were highly susceptible; three highly resistant resources were obtained from the wild and combined materials. In addition, two methods of resistance evaluation produced nearly similar results, therefore, inoculation with mycelium disc on detached leaves can be used as an assistant method to quickly evaluate the resistance of kiwifruit germplasm resources to C. cassiicola. This study provides a theoretical basis for kiwifruit disease resistance breeding and reasonable utilization of varieties.
