农村中职学校内部质量保障建设策略的探索——以河南农村中职为例

Research on Construction Strategy for Internal Quality Assurance System in Rural Secondary Vocational Schools——A Case of Henan Rural Secondary Vocational Schools

基于30所河南农村中职学校的调查数据,参考全面质量管理的"戴明环"模型,把学校内部质量保障建设分为质量目标、质量建设、质量检测、反馈矫正四个部分,并以此作为中职学校内部质量管理的思想基础和方法依据。针对农村中职学校内部质量保障现状与存在问题,提出"准确定位质量目标,全面制定质量标准,重视质量建设过程,改进质量检测手段,提升反馈矫正效能"的农村中职学校内部质量保障建设策略。

Based on the survey data of 30 rural secondary vocational schools in Henan province and referring to the＂Dai Minghuan＂model of total quality management,the construction of internal quality assurance system within the schools was divided into four parts：Quality objective,quality construction,quality inspection and feedback correction,which has been taken as the ideological basis and method basis of the internal quality management of secondary vocational schools.Aiming at the current situation and existing problems of the internal quality assurance of rural secondary vocational schools,this paper puts forward to the construction strategy of the internal quality assurance of rural secondary vocational schools,which is＂accurately positioning the quality objective,comprehensively formulating the quality standard,paying attention to the quality construction process,improving the quality detection means and improving the feedback correction efficiency＂.
