高职院校公共实训基地资源超市化开放的实践探讨

高职院校实训基地是培养职业技能人才的重要支撑。公共实训资源如何规范、有效地开放是实验教学改革的关键所在。常州工程职业技术学院以实验项目、仪器设备为载体,构建实训基地一级管理模式,创新公共实训资源的开放形式,完善实验教学体系,实现了对公共实训基地的资源的"超市"化运行与管理。

Training base in higher vocational colleges is an important support for training vocational skills.How to regulate and effectively open the public training resources is the essence of experimental teaching reform.By taking experimental projects as well as instruments and equipment as the carrier,Changzhou Engineering Vocational and Technical College constructed the first-level management mode of the training base,innovated the open form of public training resources,improved the experimental teaching system,and realized the ＂supermarket＂operation and management of the resources of the public training base.
