产教融合背景下独立学院人才培养模式的改革与实践——以浙江财经大学东方学院为例 被引量:7

摘要 人才培养模式改革是新建地方本科院校转型与政产企长远发展的必然要求,而产教融合、协同育人是培养以能力为本位、以社会需求为导向的应用技术型人才最为核心而有效的途径。浙江财经大学东方学院在明确办学定位与人才培养定位基础上,优化人才培养方案、重构培养课程体系、创新教学方法与评价机制以及健全人才培养运行保障等方面积极探索产教融合人才培养模式改革实践,取得显著成效:学院应用型内涵建设逐渐深化,应用型人才培养质量不断提升在校地校企合作与社会服务等方面成效较为显著。 The reform of the talent cultivation model is an inevitable requirement for the transformation of newly-established local colleges and the long-term development of the governments, industries and eterprises. The production and education integration and co-cultivation are the core and effective ways to cultivate application-oriented talents, who meet the requirements of ability-based and social-oriented.Based on the definition of the education orientation and the talent cultivation orientation, Zhejiang University of Finance and Economics Dongfang College researches the reform of the talent cultivation at the aspects of optimizing the talent training program, restructuring the training course system, innovating the teaching methods, evaluation mechanism and improving the talent cultivation operational protection. The reform has achieved remarkable results: the college has gradually deepened the applied-type connotation construction, continuously improved the quality of applied-type talents training, and achieved remarkable results in school-government cooperation, school-enterprise cooperation and social services.
